The Cyprus Mental Health Institute, which set out in 2005 with the aim of becoming a leader in the field of mental health education, has achieved significant success in a very short time and has gained a respected place in the field of education and counseling. It was approved by the TRNC Ministry of National Education on 04.04.2005 with the number 339\/05 and the certificates given as a result of the trainings are issued with the approval of the TRNC Ministry of National Education. It is an educational institution that carries out activities in the field of mental health together with academicians who are experts and experienced in their fields and offers equal opportunities to all students in the field of education with its unique and developing programs. The Cyprus Mental Health Institute trains expert mental health workers in their fields with training approved by the United States Association of Substance Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP) and the TRNC Ministry of National Education. Since 2004, the Cyprus Mental Health Institute has been providing Substance Abuse Therapist training services approved by the American National Association of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) with the number #87228. In addition, our institute provides Positive Psychotherapy Training approved by the International Academy of Positive and Intercultural Psychotherapy (ICCP) and the Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy (WIAP) in Germany, Body Psychotherapy Training approved by the European Association of Body Psychotherapists, Psychodrama Training in collaboration with the Abdulkadir Ozbek Psychodrama Institute, and Motivational Therapy training. At the same time, we provide services in the fields of child, adolescent, adult psychological counseling, school counseling, education and seminar studies and institutional consulting, and we plan in-service trainings for psychologists, psychological counselors, guidance teachers, teachers and field workers, and we organize seminars on various subjects in line with the needs of institutions by making positive analyses specific to institutions. In addition, group psychological counseling and psychoeducation programs are organized for children, adolescents and families, and we conduct educational studies for parents. In our center, individual, institutional and professional psychological services are provided by expert psychologists in the field.<\/p>\n
